Hostal Mama Hilda has three main accommodation buildings - Cabins; Mirador and The Refuge. Each building has hot running water and hot showers throughout the day (many rooms have en suite bathrooms). All our buildings have hammocks hanging outside for you to enjoy the stunning views across the Rio Toachi canyon and outside tables where you can take in the sun whilst keeping a keen eye for the numerous humming birds that frequent Mama Hilda's gardens and fields of maize.

All the meals are prepared by Mama Hilda from locally produced produce which are renowned in the region for the quality and the large portions. All our visitors comment on the fantastic food and how our staff actively encourage people to have extra servings.
